[GS] Is it possible to block some leaders/civs from my games?

I find some civs/leaders to be so bad that i dont want them in my game, is there a way to block them out, is there any mods that do this?

This mod on Steam removes all vanilla Leaders, so could be modified to only remove selected Leaders. The mod doesn't appear to be on CivFanatics.
