Is it possible to take Civ4 screenshots in fullscreen mode without printscreen button

I'm playing civ4 on a windows installation on a macbook so I don't have a printscreen button and the claimed substitute (F13 or Fn + F11) apparently doesn't work for my version of Bootcamp. I realize I could use an on-screen keyboard or an external app to click printscreen, but that would require playing civ4 in windows mode whenever I wanted to take a screenshot. I'd really rather not because it slows civ down.

Any suggestions?
