Is Lewis Libby a scapegoat? Should he be charged at all?

He is most definitly a scapegoat right now. Why isnt the original media reporterers who leaked it to the media being charged?

Why is only one person taking the fall? Either everyone responsible should be charged or nobody.

Scooter wasn't charged with leaking - he was charged with perjury & obstruction of justice. But I agree - more people should have been indicted.
