Ive been looking everywhere for a Civ3Converter that changes other kinds into BIC files. I found one but it doesnt work, do you guys have any idea where I might find one?

I am not sure about this, but years ago I heard that CMT by Gramphos could convet bic to bix or biq. I don't know if it imports and exports or even which of the several tools does it..

Sorry, your question is not very precise. What do you mean with "other kinds"?? Scenarios from other games outside the civ series? Scenarios from other games of the Civ series to Civ 3 (p.e. Civ 4 to Civ 3)? Biqs to Bic? Bics to Biqs??

I want to make biq, bix etc into BIC Files

That might be impossible. You can't go from a newer to an older format. C3C and PTW have things vanilla does not, and anything you converted would not play, or be broken seriously.

Unfortunately that´s true. Downgrading these files isn´t possible. On the other side upgrading these files can be simply achieved by opening the file with the upgraded editor and saving it in the new format.

When reading the topic title, I thought
"Yeah, I always have dozens and dozens of workers waiting for work... would be nice to give the guys a gun and convert them to military."

@Theov the equivalent of sending Warcraft II peasants to attack an enemy? Heh.

I was going to mention that GOTM had some scenarios that made PTW very Conquests-like, but we're talking about a vanilla civ target, aren't we? Yeah, a lot less to work with!

well at least in Red Alert 2, they gave the soviet miner a turret.

Come to think of it, it could be cool if workers and settlers in the radius of a flipping city became guerrillas for the new civ, or if they could be upgraded to conscript fighting units. In concept...not sure about gameplay coolness.

Or perhaps slaves could flip to native workers or guerrillas for other civs in the same mechanism as city culture flips if they are working far from the capitol and/or near another civ's borders.
