Is there any way to cancel out the voice over for leader heads

For example I'm making a civ using 3D Pedro as the leader head graphics (can't stand static leader heads) the only problem is my civ is an English speaking country, so am I able to stop his audible speech some how and just have silence using the word balloons to do the speaking

yes, put empty mp3 files in your mod (with VFS = true) using the same names than the original leader's files (BrazilPedroIIAttacked.mp3, BrazilPedroIIDeclareWar.mp3, etc...)

just a precision, by empty I mean a real mp3 file with a 1s silence, not a 0 kb file renamed something.mp3

and as I've already done it for churchill/pedro, you'll find the files in the attachement.
