One problems is that she looks too 'perfect', as in no blemishes, wrinkles or other defects.

Most pictures of models have blemishes removed...

Looks like a computer generated image. A realy good one if it was modeled after an actual person ;).

Very good, but still obviously fake. If the image were from "further away" it might be less obvious.

Very, very obviously computer-generated.

As said, the skin is faaar too smooth.

Also, the lighting feel very "computer".

Nevertheless, she's quite cute.

I suppose it's a pic of Tifa from "Advent Children" ?

Also the probability is biased towards it being fake since why start a thread with a picture of a real person asking the same question.

who whold be fooled?.. fake

fake. the skin looks too perfect, eyes are too big, and her ear looks insanely large and too far away from her face.

It's the hair and the skin that gives it away. The lips look pretty real though.
Here are a few examples on how the hair can give it away:
Exibit A: CG version of Major Kusanagi

Exibit B: Andy from Toy Story (Again a CG character)

Exibit C: Al from Toy Story (Another CG Character)

 :goodjob:
I accidentally chosed option "It looks like computer..."
Should read poll more carefully before voting.

Anyway it only could be real if the original picture would be edited heavily.
There are numerous factors that just doesn't make it look real.

But you cannot be absolute sure in certain cases, if the pic would have been taken from more far away it could have fooled me.

It would be an interesting psychological test.

On an aside, I've read that about half of all money and time spent on animating such movies as Shrek is spent on the hair and clothes of the characters. Anyone know if this is true?
