I post from work and my office chair is great - a lovely semi recliner that I can kind of rock back and forth on while steadying myself using my "mouse hand" :goodjob:

Not the comfy chair!

One's seating arrangement is quite fine, thank you.

my chair is bloody awful. It started off ok, it is on wheels with one of those gassy things for elevation. But after a small amount of use, it has become an abomination. It squeaks whenever i lean backwards, the sides of the seat made ominous cracking noise and now they are no longer stable, quite limp in fact. And to top it all off, if I lean back too far, a screw falls out and the back drops down and i swear and try to put it back in. I hate my chair, but it has wheels, so i can roll around the floor for days of excitement! If the wheels fall off, then I will bin the chair.

I have no doubt that my office chair is perfectly comfortable but unfortunately the way I choose to slouch in it will lead to back pain in later life and hopefully lucrative legal action against my company :).

Same here... I should really sit normally but it is so comfortable like this!!

But my den chair... wait, I don't have one

I've a "professionnal" chair I got from my father. Don't want to even try to imagine the price.
So it's AWFULLY comfortable :D

My chair at home is great! :goodjob:
The one at work where I do most of my posting sucks.
Its one of those Staples $19.99 specials. :p I'd rather sit on a rock.

I don't know, it's better than some chairs I know, but then again, it's not the chair of my dreams.
Here's a pic of it (thought I'd use my webcam for something... ahem... useful):

Simon's "current" chair is very comfortable indeed, until he switches the power on!

No, that's the one I reserve for guests at the conference table.
My own throne is a tasteful arrangement of polished skulls painted with little blue teddy bears holding swastikas, with appropriate cushioning woven from the hair of the damned. One uses one of one's pageboys as a footrest, among other purposes. :satan: :king:

Oh, thanks! :D

Here is another pic of the babe, in case you are interested:

Mine has the back-thing just in the right place on my back... (Did that make any sense to any of you interested chair-lovers?) :D
It fits my back well in other words, but it is the only position it can stay in. It's possible to adjust it, but it doesn't stay there, it slides to this position. To all you, who are just craving for seeing more of my chair, here is a back-shot of it:

(And yes, that is a Monty Python cd in the top of my cd rack.)

My work-place chair, from which I do most of my posting, is fairly comfortable, at least, for a work-chair. :D

Now at home, in my computer room, I have a very comfortable chair. An "executive" office chair. I have been known to doze off in it during a late-night gaming session.

Is my chair comfortable?

You'll have to ask the cats.
