Answering your question, La Pampa is one of the 24 provinces we have, you can't generalize Argentina for only one province. Anyway, Rio de la Plata basin is the second largest basin after Amazonas, so I think we have some rivers here (=

Like, this is primary school knowledge, most of Argentina's soil is extremely arid inhospit, the Pampa, which happens to cover most of your country, is this endless expanse of nothingness with but a handful of rivers due to most of them falling to the other side of the Andes, you couldn't grow a thing on it until the last half century or so due to improvements provided by agrarian revolution, GMOs and whatnot.

I like most of it but I reckon for the t-34 should have a double attack in friendly territory like the last civ. +10 in districts seems kind of lame.
Also, ten victories seems a bit off and I would've of made their unique district an industrial district as Stalin was all about industry.

What is it?

A plan to replace British Museum with something more generally English, so that pre-union alt leaders such as Elizabeth or Henry didn't seem as out of place. This will be added through another English alt.
