Arabian Oil Industry Takes a Hit!
Arabians reacted in shock as they saw international oil prices drop rapidly, almost overnight, after the internationalization of Sumerian oil fields. The Arabian Council voted almost immediately to take measures to prevent the collapse of the Arabian economy based on this shocking development. In addition, the Arabian military prepared for possible action to prevent the internationalization of oil fields in Sumer, if it came to that.
OPEC Invitations Sent Out!
The Foreign Minister of Arabia sent out personal telegrams to the Foreign and Commerce Ministers of Sumer and the USSA, requesting a meeting in Dubai to discuss international oil prices and to form an organization to regulate those prices. Other topics on the agenda were the world's potential oil supply, new drilling locations, and most importantly, the internationalization of the Sumerian oil fields.

-spend 3 economy on research: a new main weapon for the troops - the "Ocea AR-1" or "oceanian assault rifle 1"(7,62 mm). All troops will be armed with this weapon that will greatly improve the fire power and effectivenes of all armed forces, especially that of the infantry, marine and airborne divisions. As all soldiers are using the new ammunition calibre(7,62 mm), the reduced cost for ammunition(only need to produce 1 calibre for the infantry as both machineguns and assault rifles will be using the same calibre) will greatly lower the cost for the military, too.
-start project: Sidney Ship Yards - will when finished give the navy new ships over time for free, it will also increase the effectivenes of the navy(better armaments etc)

The Scandinavian emperor refused, however, so the Finns have called on the USSR for help, and help they would receive. President Trotsky made a declaration that wherever Russians and people ethnically linked to Russians were oppressed, the USSR would step in to help immediately.
