@RoddyVR - But Mexico is not the only nation to have spent its money on factories during turns before he joined. USA have, France have and I have. Remember that the rules pages were copied directly from Uknes IV, and he may have forgot to edit/change it or something.

im not saying you didnt obey the rules, i was saying that Sheep2 is not the only one to have built stuff on his pre-joining turns.
well u are right, but we have to be fair to those who begun from the beggining, i dont mid quiting to let those who worked hard from the begginign go on, and not being ultra nuked by a new nation w/ 40 or 50 or so credits per turn

It does say in the rules, but as I didn't write them, its hard to remember all of it. But I have let every newcoming nation do it, so as to get them caught up with the rest, I never thought of it bothering anyone else due to the fact that I did not allow them to attack another country during the turns they weren't here, but Roddy does make sense when he says he would have taken Mexico out in the begining.
Frankly, there is not much I can do about this. So many other countries have already made up the turns they weren't here, with my approval and I have actually helped them in some areas.
The best I can do is quit this nes, write up new rules for a similar nes like this, and launch that. This nes is so huge anyways, for the next one I might just team up with someone to run it. I have already made so many mistakes in this one. I guess we can just call this one a trial, lol.
Anyways, its up to you guys. If you want me to quit this one, work on rules for another one and have that one up, I can. Or we can just act like nothing happened in the past and I will not allow redo of turns. This also won't mean the end of my mistakes, since there are so many things that can go wrong in this nes mistakes are going to happen.

They doing all this just to revenge poland anf france.
That is unfair in my eyes, as now he is not Germany, he left germany so he should forget about it. he got too strong and they were afraid.
And with some spirit help from China (I told them Germany won't stop in norway and switzerland) they decided to destory that evil super power.
As mexico I don't think sheep is allowed to revenge... it's just so unfair...... espaicaly because he have ICBMS just for killing them.

@Erez, I agree, but I am a MOD not a God. I can not tell someone how to play their nations. If they want to be a baby about it and do it just for revenge, there is really nothing i can do. If they want to carry it on to other games and other countries, I can't stop them, it's their own immature decision.
@Demetrias, I am not sure what the other MOD will do, it just crossed my mind. I would have to invent the new game for the answer.

perhaps the other mod would be the one checking all orders to make sure they are correct, then he lets you know if something is wrong and then u do the battles, or something like that...
