And Russia and I were friendly (we had some deals) and in ten years we could probably take on the entire world by ourselves. (With our ballooning economies and my plans of conquest, we probably would have been in the thousands range)

I had designs on Ecuador, but only to the extent of being able to station soldiers to keep you and the NHRE down, which I got in short order

I can't keep a nation in my pocket when I have several divisions there? I was just waiting for one of those military coup parties South America is so fond of so I could step in and kill Al Salvador the Generic Revolutionary and establish a puppet government/make it a territory.
