We have no interest in your European politics, we propose a series of economic agreements between each of your nations before we enter into any formal military agreement.

I didn't add the stats for every nation for my own sanity, if someone wants to play them then I will add the stats.

We agree to keep all borders as they are, and to a non-agression pact.

OOC: I don't think Missouri, Kentucky, Maryland, Delaware D.C. and HALF OF NEW ****ING JERESY would go with the South, and West Virginia would stay with the north. New Jersey and Delaware makes no sense, PoD or not. It wasn't a border, and it wasn't a slave state. No historical reason to secede. Kentucky was pro-union after the 'Feds invaded it, and while the CSA did have claims on it, it still would had realistically stayed with the north. Missouri and Maryland had mixed opinions, though the CSA had claims on Missouri, and Lincoln used almost everything in his power to keep Maryland with us. So maybe Missouri south, Maryland north. D.C. would never secede, period. End of discussion.

That's just my two cents, however.

This war costed us many lives, and pitted brother against brother. Even if we disagree about Federalism and State Rights (And don't believe those crazy abolitionists stating it was slavery that caused the war, they're insane, you know it was different views of state rights that caused the war), we still share a common background. We offer you a Non-Aggression Pact, and hope the Monroe Doctrine covers us.

We might point out that there are two "N's", in Britannic, rather than two "T's", but we hereby agree to this treatise.

Wasn't trying to make it look like that. I thought I was pretty close on the map. (not the best photoshoper right now)

Looking at it now I see that I went a little far north at some points.

Russia is barely more economically viable than Belgium. I do think some of the stats need reworking.

Just Lurking for now.

It is not McCullen, it is McClellan and John Pope lost 2nd Mannassas.

Sorry if it seems overly critical.

If it isn't mentioned not happening in "Setting the Stage" you can assume it happened, at least if you country was not mentioned in it.

As for Russia, their people are very poor and the country is not very industrialized. However, you can change that.

We would like to remind the other European Colonial powers of our claims in Africa as stated in the Berlin Conference, We hope the other colonial powers respect these claims, we will surely respect theirs.

If Ecuador is in need of assistance, Great Britain might take interest in that country's future. Contact us in more private venues, and we may be able to discuss such things.
