I squeeze it in where ever I can.
But these sketches don't take very long once I know what I want to draw. It's just figuring out what I want them to look like that is the hard part and I can do that while I am at work.

I don't expect this one to make it into Civ3, but there was talk of a super hero mod at one point, and I like this design I made for an updated Minute Man for Freedom Force.

yeah, the Minute Man character is definitely based on the Captain (one of my favorite heroes), but the original costume was kinda lame, so I came up with this more modern looking get-up for him.

i love the pioneer, but how about a brown beard instead, it would probably contrast more to his leather.

Here is something I designed for Ripptide's Battletech Mod. This is the Hachiman Battle Armor soon to be in use by the Draconis Combine. It replaces the current Raiden Battle Armor as the standard armor for the Combine forces.
