keyboard issues

i am in the middle of a game and the some of keyboard hotkeys have stopped working. the 'r' for road or 'j' to move stack for example also the 2,4, 6 ,8 on number keypad wont move units. i went to a web page to see if keyboard was working. only problem was the scroll on mouse took page backward and forward when normally it zooms in/out. i did exit the game restarted my computer and still have the issue

any ideas.

Have you tried another keyboard?

Do these keys work outside of the game?

didn't alternative keyboard, whatever the issue was has gone away. dont know if i hit a key like backspace or delete in error dont remember going near them
