King Unit requests

Okay after all those new leaderheads out there, is it possible for someone to make a king unit for any of the following units:

1. Jayavaraman (Khmer)
2. Hayam Wuruk (Indonesia)
3. Kasimir the Great (Poland)
4. Mansa Musa (Mali)
5. Zawaditu (Ethiopia)

I have everything else for the nations, except for these. Also just a request, but is it possible to include the unit32 (pink background) file, and the civlopedia pictures (large, small).

Really, I could only find the leaderhead on his site. Where in it is the unit?

I looked frantically through Casperfusion, found nothing. The Zawaditu leaderhead for Ethiopia is there, but is there a king unit?

Nevertheless we still need king units pretty badly. I find it sort of weird using Montezuma as the king unit for Khmer, Indonesia. Sorta stopped playing regicide because of that.
