Hey Guys,

Organizational thread for the game!

I would like to suggest a different type map for this game. Something we dont normally play in MP. Such as highlands or Earth.

So far we have in the game for sure:
Kiffe
Onan
Islandia
Banman
Fofaren
Rstark
Eee_boy
Kyp Durron
Tabernak

Earth ok.

I would prefer medieval start so we have something to do in the begginning, not like moving only a warrior during 1 month

It could be intersting to play on Earth map. Just imagine that aztec sailsmen first come to Europe and try to colonize some land there
But I think medieval start is rather late. Maybe start from classical era then?

I've done a classic start but never any later. It feels pretty ok, you can get a second city and a wonder within a week if everyone does their turns in time.
I dont care what map we play. I'll take any.

So so far I am thinking a earth map, one size up from 8 players. Emp difficulty? Raging barbs is good?

Fine by me. Usually dont play with raging barbs but hey, what can possibly go wrong?
DLCs, think someone mentioned that they didnt have any? I have all of them if we decide to use.

all fine by me, never done other than ancient start but game to try, have all DLC but usually keep them sequestered in order to play HOF

It is going to be my first GMR game, so I have probably some weird question:
Can we make turns in predefined order, so our preferable time intervals for making turns are followed by each other in most convenient way?
By the way, my preferable time interval is from 13-00 to 19-00 GMT on working days.

That is a good idea for a more smooth running game without to much downtime between players.
If we decide to do that then my times would be, converted to GMT: 4 pm - 10 pm and a short 5 min check before I go to work at 6 am. Saturday and sunday are pretty much ok at any time if I'm at computer.
My time is CET. GMT +1.

Playing time(EST, GMT -5) :

12pm to 3pm

7pm tp 8pm at some occasions

1am to 4am

Playing time(GMT) :

5pm to 8pm

12am to 1am at some occasions

6am to 9am

my time is est, gmt-5, I generally check between 8:00 and 19:00 my time (13:00 to 24:00 GMT), sometimes can pick up turns later in my evening but depends what's happening, weekends usually pick them up during the day here
