I had that bug in another game that unit can't walk into CS territory.

After entering Rennesanse, I noticed a curious thing: payment needed to sign RA has not increased for my civ.

So Askia would like to sign other RAs. Songhai has gone on the path of Piety rather than Rationalism, so we will be in equal footing regarding the research bonus with any civ which already took Rationalism opener.

Hmmm...... it only takes a few catapults and pikemen to take the southern Japanese cities when most of the Japanese fighters are in the north defending.
