Lady Six Sky and Simón Bolívar don't show up

The patch was downloaded, but Lady Six Sky and Simón Bolívar don't show up in the leader list.

Erm, did you buy the DLC? You can do it in steam in the DLCs section of the game.

I did buy the New Frontier Pass, but there must have been some kind of upstart problem. It's working now.

This happened for me when I tried to start a game using a Gathering Storm Loaded Configuration. When I configured the game from scratch it was fine.
