After playing a few rounds I've noticed that I prefer making friends with some leaders and that I dislike the guts of others (just as in Civ 5)

Now let's play a game .

You are allowed to give TWO RATINGS in ONE post.
You may use your TWO ratings on only ONE leader IF you are boosting his points.
You may NOT use your two ratings on only one leader IF you are decreasing his points.
You may use your votes to upvote two different leaders, but you may NOT use BOTH of your votes to downvote leaders! So upvoting two leaders is OK, downvoting two leaders is not.
You must wait 24 hours before you can vote again.

Adding to a leader's points raises them by 1.
Decreasing a leader's points lowers them by 3.
Each leader starts with 30 points.

EXAMPLE:
If I want to use both of my ratings to increase Hutama's points, I can give him (+2).
If I really hate him, I'm NOT allowed to decrease his points by (-6).
That's because it'd make it way too easy to kick a leader out fast.

Plus: Always try to explain your voting briefly.

Did I do it right? I like Hutama's sense of humor and relate to Daoming Sochua's incredulity of human behavior (stupidity).

Barre seems friendly and have not backstabbed me yet, Vadim is not so friendly, seems quick to anger and denounces me a lot.

Done edited my post, also have to say Daoming hower cute she actually is, I have to agree that she seems eratic or maybe jsut crazy, denounces me for small things like digging once near her and never agrees to peace...

I upvoted Kavitha because she is consistently friendly and hasn't backstabbed me yet. Then again, she's never been my neighbor.
I downvoted Hutama because he talks nice for a while, then goes about landgrabbing near your border, send large forces around your border and then try to force you into a fight if you respond with the same.
He's a classy guy, but isn't a good neighbor.

PAC up, the worker speed buff is amazing and I like building wonders.

African Union down because the UA only working while healthy makes it junk because my health is probably red for at least 200 turns of the game.

That's what it says in the rules: You can upvote two leaders but you can't downvote two leaders.

Hutama = +1. He seems so smarmy and smug. Also, he gets bonus trade routes, and everyone who reads forums know that trade routes ruined the game. In my games (except when I played him), he always bursts way ahead to an early-mid game lead, and then folds in a war. I think he may be my Civ: BE Nemesis, the latest in an august line that includes Bismarck, Caesar, and the SMAC mindworms (who ruined my victories much more then any of the human factions.)

Rejinaldo Bolívar de Alencar-Araripe= -1. He never gets it together in any of my games. I know the AI isn't very good, but a straight-up combat bonus seems like it should be hard to screw up...I know if I started with extra combat rovers and a ton of extra energy on top of a built-in melee combat bonus I could roflstomp everyone around me. (But it's kind of a boring bonus, so it's not like I would.) You have one job, ONE JOB, to be the resident warmonger, and the little lady with faster workers is beating you in that department. Shape up, man.

Played as Africa, and he is noticable stronger with a few mods.
ARC attacked my 3 city african empire, maybe they wanted my 26 pop cap that have two wonders.
