Elodie just comes across humourless and condescending, zero charisma. It's like they've used the negative stereotype for a French person, fused it with the inevitable old dragon of a languages teacher we had at school, to create her. Just like my French teacher , she's always criticising - going to war with a warmonger in defence of a peaceful ally, killing a single alien to defend a settler etc. And she's always begging for favours, but never wants to declare friendship and never stops sniping.
Hutama has charisma, though in five games he's the only AI neighbour to declare War on me. All the others could be kept friendly by trade, keeping promises , favours and not forward settling. Despite this, I dislike Elodie's manner more.
Kavitha and Daoming are both seriously hot 3d models! Daoming is a lot more reluctant to declare friendship and seems a little skittish. She asks me to declare war on her neighbours more too, though she's never behaved aggressively to me. Mind you, for all her hippie talk, Kavitha has wiped out two her neighbours in two games I played, for nothing more than land envy.
I'd give them both a +1, since they are both so much more likeable than all the other leaders, but as i'm forced to choose i'll give my upvote to Daoming, because I prefer her down to earth talk over Kavitha's temple/messiantic bluster.
