Seeing as how I've ended up playing ARC most games, this is a loyalty vote for CEO Fielding. Boosted spies FTW. Plus, for me, nothing says "dystopian future" quite like an evil corporation.

Downvoting Barre he's such a pushover. I crush him in a war, take all his remaining cities in a peace deal (which I then raze), and he's all like "Now let us all one village be!" Look, I appreciate you're trying to make nice after a one-sided and humiliating defeat, and it's not worth the effort and trivial sum of unhappiness for me to trek all the way out to your last city on an island on the other side of the map...but, c'mon man, show a little fire.
