Sorry it got killed away as i had to clean out my attachments - had my quota quite full. And since there seemed not to be a lot of interest in the file, i was too lazy to upload it properly.

I have put it in the File DB now, so it will not get deleted the next time i clean out.

Not me, but if someone want to tey it, i will add the line to the spreadsheet.

I ask only because Garret made a Mcain leaderhead from Sid, and apparantly sid doesn't get angry.

Yes, he does not have a full set of anims - this is one of the reasons, why i skiped him.
Giving him someone elses anims as described in this thread will not solve this problem (Because the method here does keep the KFM, and the missing anims are not referenced in Sid's kfm).

It might be possible to replace the KFM and all the KF's (You will need to have a copy of the Nif where the KFM is coming from in the same folder for this to work) - this does work on some units, might work on LH as well, but i never tried it.
