Well i finally fixed the bone problem my making another nif file with 3Ds max. I did the nifskope swap and that worked well too, except when I load the game the leaderhead is all broken... like this:

Thanks for all your help, but if you can do whatever you did before to this new file I'm, I think it will finally work. I dunno why, but last file you sent worked (except the bone problem, which I fixed now), while my nif files (made from swap in Nifskope) did not.
Thanks a lot
Strange, I did the exact same thing, Import->Export as nif -->swap in Nifskope
It jst crashes again...
I'm sorry to bother you, but this is a first for me...
well... when it exports I choose the Civilization 4 thing, and everything else is pretty much intact since I installed the nif patch for Blender. If you mean nifscripts and all that, I looked at your tutorial, except my Blender seems to be the latest one (2.48a), and while I did install nifscripts, there was no option to choose 20.0.0.4 for leaderheads in the script configurations editor in blender. Maybe thats the problem?
I have no idea what you are doing wrong. I imported the nif you posted (export.nif) into blender then exported it. then I did the nif-swap. and it comes out fine. attachedis a playable nif.
