China444, you did ask to see at least some of what is in the Mod forum.
In general, I would never post content that is included there because I would consider it a "personnel issue" and not for public release.
I chose that example because it demonstrated three things:
First, I think the mods try to identify issues and find a way to address them before they become a ban in the making. Your case was particularly illustrative because 6 days before you went off the deep end the first time, we had picked up the behavior problem and we just did not have the manpower or the general processes to try an contact you up front to guide you away from doing silly things. There is often a fine line here and you may have to ask your self the same question that some of the mods ask when they say "Why should it be necessary to spend multiple times trying to convince a user not to do bad things. Shouldn't one warning be enough."
Second, your question illustrates that I think the mods try to be consistent through communication and documentation so that we can refer to thingst hat were done in the past and try to interpret if the user has a reasonable opportunity to understand the difference between right and wrong as well as what is acceptable and what is not. Your case is one that illustrates not that you have made mistakes in the past but that clearly you should now understand what is acceptable. I think your behavior has shown a notable improvement most of the time.
Third, this thread is one of those examples of "What the hell were you thinking when this idea spewed forth from your brain and fingers?" I can think of no reasonable purpose for letting posters look at the content of the mod forum even though the forum tries to maintain a sense of judicious decorum. The evidence bin is often filled with the biggest pile of stupid, nasty, idiot behaviors anyone could ever imagine. The records of warnings and bans are essentially a measure of the hormonal influence on antiscocial and various y-chromosome related behaviors that really are better off locked away in a trash can with tight fitting lid.
Ultimately what I hope we will all want to support is set of public forums that provide you with a place that you can feel free to cite examples of your best behavior.

I just got back from a 3-day ban, and experienced the dungeon firsthand. It was terrible. First of all, when I arrived, cracker was on duty, so he gave me some chocolate-chip bread. Well...let's just say that the chocolate chips weren't really chocolate chips...they were mouse droppings baked right in! :
The next morning, it was still cracker's turn, so he gave me some oatmeal, except that half the oats were actually maggots. Dinner wasn't much better, and featured mousetails in the bread. 
On the second day, I had CT. She gave me real bread and water this time, which I was a bit afraid to eat but cracker didn't manage to slip in anything TOO disgusting.
On the third day of the ban, I had XIII. He let me eat whatever I wanted, but insisted on testing out the CFC Torture Chamber. The thumbscrews and electric shocks were pretty bad, though TF wouldn't let him use the chamber to his fullest, so he only cranked it up to 10,000 volts when TF wasn't looking. Also, I was supposed to be ritually sacrificed, but they accidentially sacrificed someone else instead...someone who's leaving...Meanwhile, I escaped back into the labyrinth of CFC. Hopefully they don't find me and put me on the altar!

And I already know Im black balled in the mod forum, it would take an idiot far more stupid then me to not have figured that out by now.
I take it in stride, I can take a ban, unlike some others, both here and elsewhere.

if i remember correctly, he's not with NASA and not 24, but its close.
