The most general form of a micronation pretty much is that; an unrecongized, extremely tiny country that barely makes any of the qualifications for statehood. And it's Sealand, not Seaworld.

But micronations go all the way from actual arguable (but not really) legal basis such as Sealand to fictional almost-one man projects. But it needs to be more than one man to be a micronation.
Anyway, it's clear that the proposal isn't in the majority, so there's no point. However, there clearly is enough enthusiasm to merit the creation of a CFC micronation in the arbitary future, so that's good news.
