Toradora and Haruhi Suzumyia were Light Novels before they became anime, and I don't think they fit that bill.

I brought the Light Novel version of Fullmetal Alchemist after reading the inital manga last month, it wasnt that terrible even if they made Edward a bit of a Gary Stu...

Yeah the comments on Mao are pretty disparaging. What's worse is that you probably aren't out of the woods yet in that respect - what with the eventual release of Iran and Israel *shudders*

I also agree with Scott, the Japan design has been discussed at length in the past, I don't really see a need to change such a synergistic design.

I am curious as to which civ the 'Steal Great People via Trade Routes' UA could be for though.
