I'd go for Buddhism and OR rather than pacifism, we have a lot of temples and cathedrals to build.

in reallity, there is not so many temple to be build.
there is more than half of them already built and temples are not that expensive.
Furthermore, paris and orleans are building levees and moscow is building IW.

But ok to stay in OR during the GA then switch to pacifism at the end of it. We need to boost GArtist production.

btw, we have 2 GS now, one will be burn for GA, what to do with the second one?

a last minute thought: we could wait for GP from moscow before launching our GA. that would enable us to keep the Gartists.

Plan: Take this deal:

Switch to full on culture, culture bombs etc. Get the army back to the mainland asap. I also propose we consider FP on the Byzantine/Spanish continent. A nice central city would be fine.

for tech: road to radio, burn the GS when possible.
launch a GA when GP from moscow arrive (2T) keeping GArtist if possible.
swap to: rep, free speech, caste, merchantilism or free market not sure, OR and change religion to budism
last turn of GA: swap to pacifism

IHT: Take the Isa deal, we now have her as a vassal. Send the GArtist to Moscow as it is third legendary. Let the GS's sit for a bit. slider to 30%. Micro ALOT.

1: Culture bomb Moscow. GS to Orleans to settle. Would be nice to have the extra in Orleans. We get a GE. Interesting. I remove the GT sign by Constantinople as it is already built. I do, however wonder if that is not the perfect place for FP. I will build it htere next turn when the theatre is complete. I also demand spice and Incense from Isa.

I pause here as I am not sure what to do with our current GP's. It seems a waste to use a GS and a GE on a GA. Although, Paris is due a new GP in 19 turns and the GA could very well half that time.

The GE can bulb most of Railroad which is nice and the GS most of Bio which could also be nice. I assume the GG is to join a unit for super medic?

We need civic change now. and we don't need neither bio nor rail.

please do not use culture bomb now, keep them for the last turns. We don't know yet which city will be late !

put culture at 0% until we reached radio, then put science at 0% and put everything in culture.
In the mean time, cathedrales will be built. it is more profitable in that way that in the way you propose.

If we're going to run a Golden Age then maybe go for caste>pac and aim to pop another artist (or two) until the last turn of the GA.

pigs, you are UP. I guess a GE isn't the end of the world. I prefer Eiffel to Christo. Radio is in and one of our Leg cities (Paris I think) is below the 100turn threshold on the victory screen and another GA is in the post. Perhaps consider bombing our least cultural city...

Plan:switch every non legend city to wealth except health buildings. Try for DP with Zara. Trade for democracy. Switch to US. Rushbuy wonders/ catherals in our legends then raise culture slider. Don't bother with spreading any more religions. Wait.

the critical one is eiffel tower (+50% in all cities), rocknroll is second (+50% in one city) but we want all three ones.
eiffel tower can be built in one of our non legendary city btw.

Played eleven turns. DP with Zara. Zara is AP resident. Gave isabella a few techs and opened borders with her. Traded elec to Zara for democracy. Switched to US in last turn of GA. Switched nearly everywhere to building wealth. Ran gold slider while cash-rushing.
We've acquired Redontor, Eifel Tower and Broadway. RnR next turn. Added a few more cathedrals to our legends. Raised culture slider in the last turn. Next GP in 12 turns, 90+% GA.

Orleans to start a Mosque next turn.

Got bored waiting for a response. Played up to 1850. Traded milsci and radio to Zara for artillery and railroad. Not much else happened. GA built great work in Orleans. Cultural victory in 25 turns.
