Greetings, people of the continent! We come in peace, and want to define a permanent border between our political spheres so that seeds of war are not sowed unwittingly. As a beginning, we suggest that the mainland, plus the island to your east, stay Chincuk, while the other islands are to be Yathai domain. We are currently also expanding on the northwestern shore, and encourage you to direct your expansion in a different direction not to stress our relationship unnecessarily. There's room enough for both of us. What say ye? :)

OOC: I kinda expected it but there was little I could do. However, I can honestly say, I'm somewhat intrigued ot see if the Davians can have as long of a lasting holdout as the Valins :).

I actualy wrote my orders after your threats but before our agreement. So that's why it is like that.
 
I know I said I was going to stay in NESing only as long as this NES was open. Well, we do not all have the gift of foresight. I'm going to be dropping out of this NES. It was fun, but the long hiatus depressed my interest, and I don't feel like I can do it justice any more. Kelios is now an NPC; I hope someone takes it and crafts a strong nation out of it, something I never really managed to do.

I will still be participating in PureNES: Epoch of Glory, but, barring special circumstances, that will be my last NES.

Everyone, I don't think I'm going to be able to get in another update before I leave home, so I'm afraid LINESII is going to have to go on hiatus again. I'll possibly update at Christmas, definitely next summer (I get long summer holidays at this program). I hate to do further hiati, but I can't both attend Pearson College and run a quality NES.

So...

I'll run a low-quality NES! I have a variety of low-budget ideas, which I will set out in the NES development thread in upcoming days. If I can transfer my Sim City 4 files to my new computer, I may resume Nesopolis.
 
LINESII is definitely up there as my favorite NES. It'll keep being that way, even though these hiatuses. Keep at it Iggy!

Also, if you get any anonymous messages to immediately evacuate your college at some point in the future, don't ignore them. >_>
 
Well, I don't have to worry about getting orders in now.. :p

Please don't restart Nesopolis...can't you do something where there's, you know, strategy involved? :p
 
I loved its simplicity and silliness. And strategy involves higher brain functions. :p

Anyway, I'll post a few ideas, and be welcome to suggestions.
 
Gah :(...Just as I was beginning to, you know, get all interested in it again :). Oh well, I'll just jot somethings down and save 'em till it restarts.
 
C'est la vie. It'll be back, it's been back from long droughts numerous times, this one is little different.
