Is there any place that just lists all the features? I saw the New Features & Fixes sticky but that is LONG! All I want is a thread with a post or 2 describing the changes you have made.

The help file is also online, though a little out of date. Maybe we can sweet-talk Alerum or Cammagno into posting an updated version? 
The problem with keeping a list of features up-to-date is that we keep adding things: sometimes new mods and other times features to existing mods. Unfortunately, I have fun doing the coding -- not updating docs.
Finally, if you're having trouble sleeping at night, you might considering reading out SVN commit logs.

I'm working on the ENG help files to update them to the status of the ITA help files, so no meaning in packing them now. Anyway, the help file coming with 3.0 is more recent that the one online.
Note on the missing help files:
we don't have anything about PublicMaps and VictoryScreen modifications.
