List of valid 'console' commands?

So I know we have 'reveal all' to show the entire map.

I was curious is there are other commands such as heal unit. spawn unit, give gold or culture or science.

Or my personal requested 'kill unit'..<<< wanna use this on religious invaders, consider it God striking them down for entering the 'true holy land'. (hehe)

I am interested in this as well - specifically if there is a way to reveal *all* resources. When you reveal all, you only see the resources you can technologically access, you can't see - e.g. oil and iron. I played a game where there was absolutely no oil near me at all, and I was ... displeased
