What to do when two people both ended fastest... Should they both get a green star? Or should the one with the most points get that thing?

I´d say BOTH.
The star is for fastest finish after all, and that has nothing to do with points.

So be a little generous, Matrix ;), give them both a green star. For the more points the better player will (maybe) get another reward.
:D

And that´s why he will be placed higher in the rankings. ;)

The green star should be for those who concentrate on an early finish, how they achieve this finish is entirely up to them!
One person may immediately build his capitol and start building nothing but units and the other wanders around, gets his first city 20 turns later and eventually will not be able to build as many cities as the first person, therefore gaining less points.
But it is simply another strategy to achieve an early victory and we should not disqualify his successful attempt just because of points.

For the Green Star only time counts!
And for other awards and rankings, other things count!
:D

Tough call.It says fastest. Not fastest with most points. That was kinda the idea with the green star to have an award for those that didn't want to build a high score type civ.

But..I can't think of any other way other than to tie break by points.

The any other way is awarding both!!!

Don´t want to share it with the other one (?Chofritz?), Smash, do you?! ;)

Both should get it. They BOTH finished fastest. Its not an award for most done in the shortest time.

well,if you look at my gotm14,I'm sure it will look suspicious also ;)

I played a very chincy game in 14 due to time restrictions and don't really feel worthy of any award.

Ok. They'll both get the award. ;) I'll finish the results tomorrow. That is, in about 12 hours. (But of course Thunderfall is asleep then...
