little GameCoreDLL.dll modification, mod file is provided

Could someone who knows programming better than me make a new CvGameCoreDLL.dll file for me, please . I've included the modified file (CvPlayer.cpp). Hope it's all that's needed. Please base it on original, unmodded, v.1.01game. Thank You for Your help .
[The new .dll should solve only one, but crucial for me problem of ships stuck in Europe when playing custom maps (Thanks to omnipotent Dale for the code ]

That's what he said. Take the code for version 1.01, add this file, then compile.
I'd do it myself, but I am about to go to sleep. Maybe in the morning if no one else has gotten around to it.

Thank You both Aymerick and PiMan for such a fast response, especially You Aymrick for compiling the file. It's just such a pity I still can not make those damn ships set sail to Europe, grrrr..... Looks like the code provided doesn't work afterall :-(
