Most people assumethey have been replaced by the GDR, and the GS announcement was before that decision.

I only have the tooltip from the builder. I'm sure the tech tooltip has more info, just like the seastead.

I think they miscounted the Unique units, but the total number of units probably adds up. So far, I think we have 10 UUs (and Eleanor might have another one), instead of 8.

I don't think Lavra has changed. The splash screen isn't always accurate, unlike the tooltips. Don't jump to hasty conclusions, please.

For my style of game, that is horribly overpowered. That can equate to a governor title per turn even with marathon ++.
