The gripe about the sound effect, however, is spot on. I cannot find the thread right now where they said how to do this, but I deleted the "here i am" puppet sound effect and replaced it with a "whoosh"

delete "Create Puppet.wav" , then copy one of the audio files there ( one that does not annoy you ) , rename the copy "Create Puppet.wav" and you're set. AFAIK.

Im gonna have to disagree with you guys. I find the "Here I am!" amusing each time, and I have the Balseraphs as an opponent in most games.

I am fond of Loki as well. He just scampers about the map, singing his song. The fact that he can escape across water like that or hop through units is a little strange, though.

No, no, no ... he needs to be killable. His puppets disrupt my workers! The f***ing sound needs to be removed! He is no good whatsoever to me since he can't convert a city with a simple monument! Who cares about that 1 pop city? otoh that one with 20 pop ...

And this forum needs to stop filtering the f-word ...
