A special collector's edition, which looks like it's exclusive to game.co.uk is avaliable for preorder. It includes:

A special edition manual.
A M2:TW model.
A game world map.
Four special artcards.
A building planner poster.
The game soundtrack.
A making of the game documentary.

It's avaliable for £39.99/ approx. $75US. APR is £44.99/ approx. $83US.

I will probably get it, map and poster will be useful and the soundtrack seems cool. I'm not sure about the other stuff though.
