Nope. Those are two redundant powers, and hence utterly useless. You are claiming that you have a power to attack, and a power to attack but appear in the writeup as someone equally scummy but slightly different.

He's not claiming town. The role he is claiming is still a lie though: He's saying: I can attack, or I can attack ignoring all protections. Once again, the claimed abilities are completely redundant. The first one is just a strictly inferior version of the last one.

I can either attack ignoring all protections (and make myself vulnerable), or stay secure at my lab, and let my robot conduct attack (this can be prevented by protection, but I then cannot be attacked, tracked, and so on)

Quite a few days ago I was going to post that the SK should talk to the townies if they have a VC to kill a certain amount of people (or contemplated if the robot had to kill certain types of people)
as it stands though, jarrema probably has to straight up win, which is a rough path for him.
