When's the AI going to be fixed? Because the constant DoWs no matter what you do make this mod completely unplayable.
Hi, I haven't been here for a while..... however I came across a problem which led me to installing Magister Modmod ...and noting some difficulties into getting Magister Modmod going I thought it might help if I posted my procedureI have again reached the point...

After some tweaking, I retained the Fall from Heaven 2 in its own separate mod folder and created a standalone mod folder for Magister - in my case: Magister Modmod for FfH2I'm looking forward to playing Magister Modmod (with hat's off to MagisterCultuum)
Just thinking out loud... I'm guessing the DoWs follow various scripts that are activated once your Civ meets the criteria - triggered by the likes of relative health, wealth etc. More criteria = more DoW. Put another way, a rival Civ will find a reason once it's ready to do a DoW.When's the AI going to be fixed? Because the constant DoWs no matter what you do make this mod completely unplayable.
I've quite enjoyed my return to Fall from Heaven / with the add on mod Magister. With that, an idea has spawned, that is to say, doing a Campaign Diary (for successful campaigns of course - haha!).
Anyone else go that far? - I'm interested to hear other's thoughts / or is it obsessions?![]()
I suppose this began with an appreciation of the dynamic map replay (showing growth of civilisations over time). So one of the things I still do is mentally plan out how to monopolise land and resources. Now in this mod it's possible to start with a challenging mix (eg good race near a Barbarian and or Monster spawn site) and so working out achievable objectives isn't that simple. So the temptation to stick things on a spreadsheet is strong - but what would I actually record? My list of doables - those that I'd get something out of would look like this:A Diary would be interesting. To see how others perform in this mod would be cool.
