Make Polish scenario more difficult

Haven't played in a while. Decided to try out the "new" (to me) polish scenario. My first game was on Prince, my second was on emperor. My third was on deity. Went 3 for 3. Was never challenged at all. Really kind of disappointing actually. All you have to do is settle your 3rd as fast as possible. Get up encampments and then ICS. In fact my deity victory was with the faction with the marsh Terran. Marsh start is way OP. Oh well hopefully the viking scenario is better. Though it was kinda fun mowing down horrible AI barbs.
