Mana Flares and Unique Events Add-On

I'm playing on Deity with the Amurites (Xivan T'Nava) and I got the special event to find stone, but when I put workers in the cities and try to use the build imperial road button, nothing happens.

hmm, i think ori had the same problem some time ago. i tried his save game but it worked for me (but i didn't used any other spell before so it may be a problem with that).

what version of rife are you using? if you use a version newer than rife 1.31.195 don't use the CvEventManager.py and the CvGameUtils.py files coming with my 7-zip file!

if you are using rife 1.31.195 plz upload your save game and i will have a look at it.
