If we ended it now I'd say we declare no one the winner, or perhaps me and BCLG, as I would get cultural first, then he'd get space race (assuming no military action comes about to change this order, which is why it is hard to claim either way).

If all was peaceful and I was putting my commerce towards culture i'd win in about 30 turns right now...

But if most people don't want to keep playing, I'd be okay with stopping the game.

I agree that either both or no-one. After closer consideration i think i may just be able to pip your cultural victory but yeah if no-one else wants to play then we may as well stop.

I was a sub anyway, so I don't mind...much. It's a bit of a shame, though. I've never had a pitboss with nukes before and was actually wondering who'd win now.

But it's seems unplayable anyway, so it's probably not even reasonably possible.
