Lady Six Sky !!!!!
Eyyy!!! There we go! Civfanatics prayers have been answered with Lady Six Sky.
LADY SIX SKY OH MY GOSH
YAAAASSSS THE HAIRPIECE
Stupid meetings. Can't watch the video right now.
It also shows the new maize-looking resource at 0:55, improved with a farm.
And their UU's called the Hul'che!
So I guess you wanna have the capital in the center and all your other cities in a close-knit circle surrounding it as best you can? Feels a bit like how you did sim-city with Germany's Hansas but more on a city-scale basis instead of districts. Pretty fun
For those that can't watch but want a summary of abilities
Those cannons are new, right? Or am I going insane.
(edit) nope just bombards
Interestingly they remove the necessity of river settles and promote a tall playstyle. I like it, another interesting civ playstyle.
Interesting. Looks like a Civ designed from the base up as a 'Tall' Civ
Interestingly your capital is going to be weaker than the other cities within 6 tiles of it. Since the capital does not get the +10% bonus
She looks fabulous! Good job Firaxis.
Honey, complete with bee icon!
They gave us a tall civ finally~
Okay her LUA is that cities within 6 tiles of the capital get +10% yields, and then the rest -15% yield. That's not as dramatic as it sounded from the narration. I was expecting a distant cities to be non-functional. But that means your first few cities will start stronger.
Those observatories near bananas could get insane!
EDIT: How did I miss this? Should have said:
“The science off of observatories near bananas could get BANANAS!”
They will be a great tall Science civilization. That observatory adjacency bonus reminds me of Korea. This one though is better and it will be really easy to have +6 base Observatories.
Looks like it improves with a camp, and adds food, I think?
Separate names with a comma.
