[MAYBE A BUG][1.0.1.217] cannot trade ressources of an allied CS

Bonjour,
Perhaps I'm wrong but if I'm the ally of a CS giving (1) whales and (4) horses, and I have also (1) whales, I expect that I can trade (1) whales as long as I remain allied with this CS.
(see screenshots below, the economical overview confirms that (2) whales and (4) horses are available, but only (1) whales is available if I try to trade with Alexandre)
NOTE: I did not trade whales with other Civs

salut its not a bug. you can trade the (1)whales (your whales) and still receive the benefit of the CS whales. However you cant trade cs resources as I imagine that would be too complex and open to exploit.
