I apologize but I quit watching as of turn 20. It was too painful.
Why did you suicide your warriors? If you are facing three barbs, you retreat. You don't say screw it and attack.
Why were you so concerned with the dye? Why do you keep insisting it was so important when you had all that salt? Why waste money buying the dye tile? You would have gotten it automatically later on. You had a ton of salt, which you should have concentrated on. Do you know how many players would KILL for a salt start like that?
And you should have built a granary instead of that religious wonder (I didn't watch long enough to see if you got it).
I would have gone mining before animal husbandry--you had a ton of salt. And then researched archery because of all those barb camps.
I am guessing you have only played Civ V a few times?
I'm actually afraid to watch the rest of the video. If you are asking how to continue the game, then I'm guessing you somehow managed to stay alive. God only knows how.
I don't mean to come across as a jerk--but you messed up from the beginning.
If you have the initial save file, I'd love to play it and share my ideas of the start.
What difficulty level are you playing?
