Sorry to disappoint you - it's more Penn & Teller than Harry Potter. Simple screen-sharing / remote control. All it takes is an app called Connect My Mac. iPhone controls the Mac through a wireless network. The app gui includes keyboard & the gesture interface provides the mouse controls.WHAT IS THIS WIZARDRY

If you're ready for your SO's reaction you could pull off a - momentarily - impressive practical joke. I wanted to give the free version of the app the acid test. Between the time lag and the very small part of the map that's on-screen C3 is "playable" but not enjoyable.
OTOH the graphics are much more impressive than CivRev.
