Meet the Modders

well i read it, it is not bad at all........but why are you melancolic.....i think you should try to be more optimist. for example i would have continued the story with the following idea - after sitting maybe even a number of years in the prison the person would not have been broken , but made stronger...so returning to society, a place where people want to die for every single loss - a telephone or a job, the person would find out he has nerves of steel by now and calculates everything with cold blood, becoming some sort of prophet in the eyes of the not tested people. sometimes the test makes the difference; the faith in GOD is composed of tests, not for GOD but for the others to believe. i think you would need such a test - to make you stronger - after it you would see only optimism...

ps always give people hope, encourage them, do not let them down, if they cry, laugh, do not get drowned with the society

Thank you for reading it,

it is one of my melancholy pieces. Others are more optimistic, although some are even more sunk in negativity. Usually my larger works tend to be either about violence as a breakthrough of misery (and thus bringing an end to all hope of ever getting better) or the labyrinth of thoughts and the schism between the internal and the external world.

I think you have a point, that a writer should try to do good and not harm, but literature can be enjoyed even if it is of sad tones. Sometimes one wants that as well :)

I agree; like Hemingway. My favourite author, one of the best writers in the world, and sickeningly melancholic.

By the way, I like the story.

greece is not dying, greece only demonstrates europe that small states cannot sustain themselves...only larger states that have some sort of internal economic life will survive...the splits of yugoslawia make things only worse, cause all these states would have to be sustained by two countries - germany and france...instead of having a large stable and self sustaining state they have voted for many small poor countries...they should provide for them, now. the secret in europe is few large states with self sustaining econmy and less divergent opinions of loyalty...unless the "politicians" of the european union will understand that europe will decay.
how could tchechs and slovacians split.....what a big nonsense, why should belgium split - another nonsense that will create only a shadow of the shadow it is now....maybe a closer union with holland and luxembourg would help...fewer states people - with common expenses on army, police and so on ....

ps let them pay ........... literally

there is a well known proverb wink to a smart one, and hit with a fist the stupid one - perfectly applicable to the economical context...

I am happy :)

Waiting for the results of two contests i am participating in, two magazines which may accept some stories, and my eternal quest for the second book...
But things are going well, the shadowy corner has been passed and the road is now lit, dimly, but always more lit the more i walk on it :)
