Well, I'm done with school for now, back from a vacation, and have had my wisdom teeth successfully pulled, so I'm gonna try to contribute more to the team than just GPSing in the (dying) civ 3 PBEM thread.

But finally the provider solved all the problems.

Back from Buffalo, and a little disappointed that the Council-FREE war I read about in the main forum was actually an in-game glitch. oh, well. I guess we'll just have to nuke them both eventually to make up for it.
