Militaristic + Mining

Guys anyon eknows any other leader other then Stalin who are militaristic and has mining as starting techs? It seems that u can start researching Bronze warching and making worker at same time and then chop an axman if you happen to have coppa near you. Seems to me the perfect combiantion.

Stalin seems to be only leader with aggressive trait who starts w/ mining.

If you consider Aggressive, Charismatic and Imperialistic to all be "Militaristic" traits, then you have the choice of:

I'm a big fan of Cathy because you can go bw-worker to start and the settler chops out cheaper because of imperialistic and you don't have to be choosy about settling your copper location because of creative. She has a nice rush and also rexs extremely well. Some of my best games are with her. I can understand why she was such a monster in vanilla. I never played her much then.
