I debated having this game open setup or closed setup, but in the end, I decided to have it closed setup so that anyone could come back at any time. And that's why there was no alignment reveal.
Maybe next time, if I host a game similar to this, I will have personal victory conditions, and factional victory conditions, where your personal victory is more important. Maybe you need to get lynched and revived? Or get converted to the cult and then become leader. Something a bit more complex. I'd appreciate your thoughts.
I must admit both cult leaders got extremely unlucky, recruiting unrecruitable roles and then being lynched in the same night. For note, a mafiso, could be converted to cult, killed, resurrected to join the town.
I wanted this to be a game where anyone could win this on any side, and you can't be loyal to everyone who is on your team, unless they are a mason or something. I would like to host something similar, maybe on a larger scale with personal victory conditions for every player sometime.

For example, you may have the VC to get converted to a another faction and kill your partner as mafia. And you do so, and then he is revived and converted to be on your team.

This means that while you do have to hunt scum, you don't necessarily need to kill them. Basically, giving people multiple oppurtunities to win the game.
I hope you all had fun regardless, and once again, ideas on the setup and future would be very much appreciated.
