I support the idea of an aggressive settler expansion to limit the growth and power of the Babs, and then if a war with the Babs is neccesary we can then fight a defensive war on our soil (a much easier war than an invasion). However, this aggresive expansion is more likely to cause a war with the Babs, therefore we should build an army of horseman in order to protect our borders from an invasion.
