What do you hope will be included in the EP that hasn't been revealed yet, and is considered a minor feature.

This is my list

- Better game optimization, I heard they changed something that supposedly makes the game run better or something.
- DoFs and Denouncements in Hotseat and MP games
- Support for mods in MP/Hotseat games
- Better main title music
- Apostolic Palace/U.N resolutions (very unlikely, people said they would've announced it)
- Random events
- Modern/Future Era revamped so I don't rush to get the U.N/Space Parts first ignoring the other half of the tree.
- Era Specific Music for in-game
- No more skipping music after leader screens show up.
- Expiring diplo hits/pluses (think this was hinted towards)

The ability to see the population of each city.

More interactive advisors that change looks per era. (it has been discovered that there are ready pictures for era-specific advisors, workers, and geat people)

An option in the advanced setup that prompts civs to favor founding a religion over another. (Spain will more likely found Christianity, etc..)

- A longer Classical Era, and shorter Renaissance.
- An ''Advanced start'' option.
- It would be nice if Montezuma, Catherine and Asoka stop lagging my computer (well, probably that can't be solved for me).
- Ability to put ''Teroidreal'' map or ''Region'' map, or something like that.
- Please put all unit movement options in the same place. I find it absurd that I have to press a button to show more options (when there's only 2 or 3 options in there).
- Put quick combat on/off in mid-game. Athough I usually keep animations on, some people had been asking for this.
- Fix the graphs in the replay. Sometimes they're flat lines...
- I think the messages and the map in the replay should be on the same screen. I also want the messages to show the date (4000 BC instead of T0).
- There should be a higher penalty when you run out of gold (more unhappiness, less production, or something).

- New main title screen and theme music (ok this is pretty much guaranteed, looking for it anyway!)

- Trade routes with civs you have open borders with, would be easy to code in I think and would be another reason to have allies. I'm just afraid because they haven't announced it yet.. but they are good with keeping secrets so there's hope!

- Units that don't show their nationality, I hope that privateer is such an unit for nice harrassing missions. Also a guerrilla unit would be sweet.

- Earth map with true start locations.

To Irish lad: I think Ed Beach said that leaders don't hold grudge for past wars for hundreds of years anymore.

I would like to see Raging Barbarians taking over cities, as they did in Civ 4.

Also, expanding on this , having Barbarians work as defacto civs in their own right, but
only interested in plunder, so they can be bribed to not attack you, and to attack other AI's.
Also have the barbarians ruthless, and constantly harrassing, I find them weak as opponents.
Another interesting twist would be to have barbarians exist as barbaric tribes, with real historical names. There are more then enough historical names that can be used to name them, such as Avars, Pechenegs, Vandals, Visigoths, Kaska, Cimmerians, etc.

Lastly when communicating with them, have them perhaps speak muddled, mostly unintelligent, and only after building relationships with them, is the player over time able to understand them a bit better.

A re-roll button would be nice.
A notification when someone is building a wonder
A saved default settings option. So you don't have to click quick combat for every game.
Knowing how much influence other civs have with CSs so you dont spend ten thousand gold on one CS and still be friend zoned.

I think Espionage will allow us to see other's influence.

I think the Quick Combat option should be in graphics options instead of in game settings.

I remember Civ 3 had the Wonders Screen, and if you knew a Civ you see if they are building a wonder too.

espionage should definitely show influence and construction, etc, i have no doubt about that. maybe there could be a wonder message if you have a spy in that city/civilization, but it would be weird if you got it as soon as someone started building stonehenge or something.

What do you mean by this?

In civ 4, if you hovered over the city name in the city screen, it would tell you the population in people (IE a population 10 city might have 1,000,000 people).

A notification when someone is building a wonder

A thousand times this. SMAC did this flawlessly, and for some reason every civ game since has completely failed to use the same or a similar system. I even think a Rise of Nations style system that gives complete visibility on how many turns are left for a wonder would be appropriate. Of course, it would only be palatable if the AI could be taught how to observe the counters.

Yes, I'd definitely love a notification if someone's building a wonder too. I don't consider it a cheat either. It could be explained like "There's a rumor that X civ is building Y project".

Peace and War themes for each new civ which are longer than 3 minutes.

I found Polynesia, Denmark, and Korea's themes to be a little short.

I also want Attila's themes to sound tribal (maybe Central Asian music will work?)

to see how many Hp a unit has left

Yes you see a health bar but you don't know how exactly much HP he has 6 5 or 4 ?

So you can actualy know if you will kill it with you're atack

Oh, you mean an Enemy Unit eh?

Usually, the Odds interface has a pretty good chance of showing you if it'll kill it.

Advanced game options remembered.
Options to enable/disable DLC ingame. without having to delete/copy the files around every time.
A re-roll button like others said - but as that won't happen I'd be happy already if the game settings and the set up leaders would stay. They could always add a button to "clear everything", in case there are people who don't want it like that. And the dropdown menu to select leaders/enemies/AIs should be increased/made better in the first place! And who the $%^& thought that listing everything alphabetically after the leader name instead of the Civs name? That's also absolutely horrible - but I have little for them to correct that mistake.

Yes, please.

Agreed.

The tundra can be so tiresome and there is little excuse for a game with as large a budget as Civilisation V to require me to go all the way back to the main menu to recreate the map.

I find it mildly galling that certain civilisations seem to have the start location bias for tundra, despite the fact that it is such a handicap in terms of gameplay. Clearly the tiles need to exist and some nations exist in those circumstances, but the location sometimes seem a bit off. The game likes to place Elizabeth and Augustus in the tundra, at least for me. I have no objection to proximity to the tundra, but being placed entirely in the centre is a pity.

^ This.

Also:
- Allow non-combat units (Workers, Settlers, Great People) to be stacked, or to at least allow 2 per tile
- Get rid of the Scared Worker ('oh no, I've spotted a barbarian on the other side of your territory, I need you to keep telling me to build this road every turn until you kill it')
- Units set to Explore do not enter the territory of non-friendly City States
- More clarity on the Diplomacy screen: more detailed information on Civs' stances with each other as well as with the player, information on how many Cities they have, which Era they're in, and which resources can be traded to them. At the moment, you can only find out stuff like this by going into the Leader screen, which is cumbersome and annoying, especially if you don't have a top-of-the-range computer and have to wait for the screen to load.
